include Pan American Helicopter, British Airways and LTU International
Airways. Educated in Aviation Management, well-versed in helicopter
shuttle management and operations, Mr. Wagner is focussed on the success
of Vertical Airways Inc.

Steven
R. Wagner: contributing 25+ years of
customer service and airport management expertise in the airline industry.
He has directed the international operations for American Airlines in
one of the busiest airport in the United States; JFK International Airport..

President of Finance

practices, corporate tax regulations and investment financing.
Chief
Pilot

our Chief Pilot will be an expert on the Bell 430 / Bell 222 and be
respected for his/her focus on details and integrity. Certified for
Part 135 operations, our Chief Pilot will insure that we follow all
FAA requirements.
Vice
President of Quality Control / Information Management

responsibilities include but not restrictred to delivering quality customer
service to premium customers, throughout our network. Keenly focused
on providing a First Class experience with efficiencies developed through
years of airport ground operations and special services. Information
Management responsibilities will include website maintenance and ticketless
sales innovations.
