Vertical Airways and Skyport Aviation have formed an alliance, in an effort to secure financial equity for the shuttle venture. Skyport Aviation will provide ground-handling services at Miami International Airport and other identified hub locations. Specializing in heliport management and operations, Skyport Aviation offers a high level of professionalism and safety.

After attending the 2002 HAI Heli-Expo Convention in Orlando, Florida, Vertical Airways has determined that the Bell 430 would be the appropriate aircraft to launch our executive shuttle service. Configured to carry 6 passengers, with abundant legroom and baggage capacity, the sleek styling of the Bell 430 will enable us to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations. Coupled with an exceptional design for safety, efficient operating costs and Bell Helicopter's history for customer support, we feel confident to include it in the long term plans.

Vertical Airways takes flight on the World Wide Web as we launch our official web site. With this commercial debut, the stage has been set to acquire capital in order to launch an executive styled helicopter commuter service between Miami International Airport and various gateways in South Florida.
